Exercise and the right food help you to live longer. (p.3)I want to live longer, so I would like to do something good for my health. Now I want to get exercise. There is a gym in my university. I'm busy because I have many things I have to do, for example, home works, part-time job, housework, and so on. So I can't go to the gym. Some of my friends go to the gym sometimes, so I want to go there with them.
There is a sports center which is called Aqua Dome near my house. I lack of exercise, so I find out free time and then I want to go to there. By reading this book, I thought that I have to take a rest and sleep well. I always am staying up late. We should sleep between six and eight hours, otherwise our brain can't work well. And I thought that I need to eat the right food for health. I want to have a good valance meal from now.
